Refund policy

CHANGES AND CANCELATIONS

1- If the order has not been prepared yet: 

- We can apply changes or cancellations for free.

2- If the order has been prepared but not shipped yet: 

- We cannot apply changes.

- You can cancel your order. We will refund 90% of the order and give you a 10% voucher for your next order.

3- If the order has already been shipped:

- We cannot apply changes or cancellations. Terms for returns and exchanges apply. The only way of requesting a cancellation is by completing the CANCELLATION FORM (CLICK HERE).

We do not process cancellation requests via email or phone. Note: If we accidentally shipped your order after your cancellation request, we will need to recover the package before issuing the corresponding refund.

Note: If you pay with Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT), you can't cancel or get a refund. If you wish to return a product paid with Cryptocurrency, it must be done within 14 days from the date of arrival.

You'll get a voucher for 70 to 90% of the product's price as it was shown on the website when you bought it, based on the condition of the returned item. You can use this voucher to buy another product.

3- RETURNS AND EXCHANGES EUROPEAN UNION, UNITED KINGDOM, AND UNITED STATES: You have 14 days from receiving your order to inspect your articles, assess and/or see if they suit you unless otherwise stated. We advise you to check the articles received immediately after receipt to make sure they are functioning faultlessly and were delivered correctly.  Optics that have been mounted cannot be returned. Please inspect the optic before mounting. To return or exchange an article, please complete this form, and we will give you the instructions for the return or exchange.

Conditions:

- To be eligible for a return or an exchange, the returned articles must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. - You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item(s).

- Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. - We only accept your returned order via a tracked shipping method, as we cannot refund/exchange lost returns. We are not responsible for what may happen during the return shipment. We consider the product as returned once it gets delivered to our warehouse. Once your return is received, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. Within seven days, we will inspect the item/s, and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund or exchange.  Items that are not in the original packaging or not in perfect condition are subject to a minimum 10% fee over the total price. 

Exchanges: If you are approved, we will send you a discount code for the value of the returned product so you can place a new order within seven business days(shipping costs not included). Returns: If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within seven business days. We will deduct the shipping costs, customs fees, and any other charges that might have been applied.

OTHER COUNTRIES: We are sorry, but the returns or exchanges are not allowed for Non-EU Countries (other than UK and USA).
