General Shipping Information
We proudly ship to almost every country in the world, with the exception of Russia and China.
Please note that during busy periods, shipping times may be affected. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse within 1–2 business days, excluding pre-orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive order tracking and shipping information.
Address Accuracy
To ensure smooth delivery, it is mandatory to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including your phone number and street number. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes under any circumstances.
If a package is misplaced due to incomplete or incorrect address information, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at shipping@wolfiekgroup.com instead of reaching out to the courier directly. Let us handle the correction to avoid any issues. While we’ll do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made in time.
We emphasize that contacting the courier directly for address changes can lead to delivery complications. If the package is lost due to uncoordinated modifications, we won't be able to offer refunds or replacements.
Our shipping policy is designed to ensure your shipment is handled efficiently and securely, so it reaches you as intended.
Special Cases by Region
Turkey:
Shipping orders to Turkey can be particularly challenging. Customers in Turkey are required to contact us at shipping@wolfiekgroup.com prior to placing their orders to confirm feasibility and ensure smooth processing.
Countries with Specific Legal Requirements:
Certain countries have specific regulations that may require adjustments to the products (e.g., airguns). Customers in the following countries must contact us before placing their orders to ensure compliance with local laws:

- Saudi Arabia
- Argentina
- Brazil
- South Korea
- Taiwan
- Ukraine
Failure to consult us may result in delays or issues with shipping or customs clearance.
Legal Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that no laws or regulations prohibit your purchase or possession of our products in your country. Wolfiek Group is not responsible for any misuse or legal restrictions applicable in your region.
Shipping to the European Union, United Kingdom, and the United States
If your order remains in transit for more than 60 days, you may apply for a refund by completing the Cancellation Form (CLICK HERE). Refunds will be processed 90 days after the departure date to allow time for necessary investigations to be conducted.
Shipping to Other Countries
For non-EU countries (excluding the UK and USA), the buyer assumes responsibility for the shipment once it leaves Spain. This includes any customs charges, transit issues, or delivery problems in the destination country.
Customs Duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs charges incurred when importing our products into their country.
Once the shipment is dispatched from Spain, the Wolfiek Group's responsibility ends. We cannot offer refunds or replacement shipments for any problems arising during transit or customs clearance.

We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of Russia and China.
